Our products are carefully designed and produced in collaboration with trusted manufacturers both in Europe and internationally, with a strong focus on quality and sustainability.
We accept several payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple pay and lots of local payment methods.
We usually process orders within 1–2 hours after they are placed. Please contact us immediately at info@winkluvv.com if you wish to make any changes or cancellations. Once your order has shipped, we can no longer modify or cancel it.
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Please visit our returns center on our website to arrange your return or exchange.
We ship to most European countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For orders above a certain amount, we offer free shipping (the exact threshold will be shown at checkout).
Delivery time depends on your location. Orders within Spain usually arrive within 2–4 business days. For other European countries, delivery may take 3–7 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package's journey.
Please take clear photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery and send them, along with your order number, to info@winkluvv.com . We will arrange a suitable solution.
