Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We usually process orders within 1–2 hours after they are placed. Please contact us immediately at info@cubelli.com if you wish to make any changes or cancellations. Once your order has shipped, we can no longer modify or cancel it.
How can I return or exchange an item?
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Please visit our returns center on our website to arrange your return or exchange.
Which countries do you ship to and what are the shipping costs?
We ship to most European countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For orders above a certain amount, we offer free shipping (the exact threshold will be shown at checkout).
