Return and refund policy

ARTICLE 1 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (COOLING-OFF PERIOD)
1.1 Statutory Period (EU/EEA/UK/Ireland): For consumers in the EU, EEA, UK, and Ireland, a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days after receipt of the product applies. Within this period, you may cancel the purchase without providing a reason.
1.2 Rest of the World (incl. US/Canada): For customers outside the EU, UK, and Australia, returns based on withdrawal (without reason) are granted solely on a goodwill basis. Such purchases are generally considered “Final Sale”, unless local mandatory legislation (such as the implied warranty in Quebec, Canada) dictates otherwise. Statutory warranties on defective products remain fully applicable worldwide.
1.3 Condition of the Product: To be eligible for a full refund upon withdrawal, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with all labels attached, and in the original packaging.
ARTICLE 2 - RETURN PROCEDURE
2.1 Notification: You must register your return within the period mentioned above via: info@cubelli.com
2.2 Instructions & Return Address: After registration, you will receive specific return instructions and the correct return address from us. Note: Never send your package directly to the address on the shipping label (distribution center); packages arriving there without prior notification cannot be processed or refunded.
ARTICLE 3 - RETURN COSTS AND LOCATION (INTERNATIONAL)
3.1 Transparency on Origin: As stipulated in our Terms of Service, our central warehouse for returns may be located outside your own region (e.g., in Asia). WARNING: The costs for international returns to Asia are entirely for the account of the Consumer. These costs can be high (indicatively €25 to €30 or more, depending on weight and carrier). These costs are the responsibility of the Consumer, unless there is a defect or an incorrectly delivered product as described in Article 5.
3.2 Burden of Proof: The Consumer is responsible for the choice of carrier. We strongly advise using a traceable shipping service (Track & Trace). Without valid proof of shipment, we cannot proceed with a refund in the event of loss during transport.
3.3 Specific for Finland: By accepting these terms prior to purchase, the consumer in Finland explicitly agrees to bear the costs of returning the goods in the event of withdrawal, as required by Finnish consumer law.
ARTICLE 4 - EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with legislation, the following products are excluded from return:
• Hygiene products: Items where the seal has been broken after delivery (e.g., underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, earrings).
• Custom-made: Products manufactured according to your specifications or personalized.
• Perishable goods: Products with a limited shelf life.
ARTICLE 5 - DEFECTS, WARRANTY, AND CONFORMITY
5.1 Notification: If a product is delivered defective or damaged, you must report this as soon as possible after discovery via info@cubelli.com, accompanied by photos or videos of the defect.
5.2 Statutory Warranty Periods: We respect the mandatory statutory warranty periods of the country where you reside, including (where applicable):
• Spain: 3-year statutory warranty.
• Scandinavia: Reclamation rights according to local legislation (such as in Norway and Sweden) remain in force.
• Ireland: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, you have a short-term right to reject of 30 days for defective goods.
• United Kingdom: Short-term right to reject of 30 days for defects.
• Australia: In the event of a “Major Failure”, the consumer is entitled to a replacement or a full refund at their own choice.
5.3 Right to Remedy: In the event of a justified defect, you are entitled to free repair or replacement. If this is not possible, a full refund will follow.
ARTICLE 6 - REFUSAL AND CUSTOMS
If you refuse a package upon delivery due to owed import duties or fail to collect the package from a pick-up point in time, the actual return shipping costs and administrative costs will be deducted from your refund.
ARTICLE 7 - REFUND POLICY
7.1 Total Amount: In the event of a full withdrawal, we will refund the full order amount, including the standard shipping costs of the initial shipment.
7.2 Timeline and Proof: We process the refund no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned product, or after you have irrefutably demonstrated that the product has been sent via a valid Track & Trace proof on which the return address provided by us is clearly visible.
7.3 Payment Method: Refunds will always be made via the same payment method you used for the purchase.
